I was wondering if running sub 20 by September is a reasonable goal. My PRs are 2:27 800m 5:40 1600m 13:00 3200m for track and 21:36 5k for XC. This is a goal that I wanted to get last year but because of COVID it delayed my progression. I’m putting in 30-40 miles per week and try to have 1 workout a week, so do y’all think this could be a reasonable goal?
