So "there were many good athletes who could have run"... Was almost everybody at your school "normal" in the sense that they had normal BMIs and weren't lazy good-for-nothings? Because while my school is kind of fast, there are some people who are just fat and don't care about their health, and it breaks my heart. So if everybody cared about their health and laid off the Butterfingers way more people would be fast? Look: I used to be a 6:00 minute miler and ran under 4:30 in my past season, so in my mind the sky is the limit.
