indecisive about college wrote:
After getting some advice from an earlier thread, I've made a preliminary list of colleges I'm considering:
Liberty
Lipscomb
North Florida
Clemson
William & Mary
Belmont
George Mason
Emory
Richmond
From a strictly athletic standpoint, in your opinion which one should I run for? (For reference, I am a rising senior that ran 9:34/4:35 during my junior track season; I believe that I should be able to at least walk on any of these schools, correct me if I'm wrong here). If there's any other colleges I should consider let me know, thanks.
Choose the school that will help you learn to not end a sentence with a preposition.
Seriously, choose the school with the best academic program for your current desires and abilities and seems to offer the non-academic experience that you desire for the next four years (e.g. social, weather. general campus atmosphere). If you choose a school primarily focusing on running and suffer an injury or lose desire to compete in your first year, you will want to be attending a school that still meets your needs and desires.
