My post was serious. Did you see the facebook posting with the photograph? It appeared there were some broken boards partially obscuring the opening to the shaft. Are you on facebook? That is not a trick question.
What's are some of the words in the Facebook post? I searched the group for Sinbad, but couldn't find it as there were a bunch of posts that came up.
Here is the photo that was attached to the comment:
facebook.com/media/set/?set=p.10159847685082160&type=1&refid=13&_tn_=%2CgThe comment was posted "on Mon" by "Christine Ichim"; it stated, "We found an old well or old mining shaft". The ensuing comment posted "on Mon" by "Christine Ichim" stated, "Along Sinbad creek".
These comments were left in a string of comments under a main heading comment posted by "Chris Thoburn" on "July 16 at 7:28 PM", which reads, "We understand some of you may consider continuing your own individual searches for Philip. While we appreciate it,..."
As I stated earlier, someone else in that particular thread of comments posted photos of caves.
In the last hour, on the "Find Philip Kreycik" facebook page there have been some recent comments regarding "abandoned mines" and the following Denis Cuff article:
https://www.eastbaytimes.com/2008/01/21/shining-a-light-on-abandoned-mines/So far, those comments are not making a connection to the aforementioned earlier posts by "Christine Ichim" regarding her photo of an apparent mine shaft she came across in the park.
