In order to find a missing person properly, it takes three (s) basic steps: 1) Contact the law enforcement agency with jurisdiction. Do this immediately and make sure you keep on their butts. Most agencies have a Missing Person policy. 2) Same time or before, contact family, friends, neighbors, etc.; grab food, proper clothing, etc., then get the heck out and search. Think rationally before giving instructions, and go seek. 3) Be OPENED TO ALL SOURCES. Relay the sources to the police or sheriff, and personally work with all sources; don't just give those sources to law enforcement, because they will stop searching within a few days. Family members "MUST NOT REFUSE ANY SOURCE, EVEN IF IT'S A DRUNK BUM ON THE STREET!" Don't ask them for references, don't run a background, don't even ask them their name. Get their contact information, and listen (not necessarily in that order), then get off your butt and search. Now, in this case, item number 3 was infringed by one of the family members. They didn't think properly, and felt the police and facebook was good enough. Big problem here. An academically smart family, but stupid on being opened to a source that found Philip. Because our team is new, we must Blast through Barriers to get through to stupid family members and non cooperative law enforcement. If the Pleasanton Police Officers do their job right, and instruct all search and rescue teams, with cadaver dogs, to conduct a comprehensive search in the location provided by our team, they will find Philip. They will need to be armed & aware, to protect from the sources, and able to exist in the dangerous environment; and be keen, smart, and more. If all do there jobs perfectly, Philip will be found today, or tomorrow; if not, he will simply blend in to the environment, and likely never be found. God the Father Almighty is watching if you let him, and can assist, However, you need to get down and dirty with this one! Best wishes!
