What do you mean the finish is 3.2 meters lower than the start. Is it not a track? How is that possible?
I’m pretty sure that the track was designed by M. C. Escher.

I appreciate your commitment to ensure the award is appropriately allocated. One of bannned's most prolific earlier names was mindweak (as he himself pointed out in the Houlihan thread). Most of his assertions are consistent with his confident claim that Monaco is short: noting improvements in performance, comparing the timing to the introduction of new drugs, and drawing ironclad conclusions about who's on drugs, who's been given secret silent bans by World Athletics, who was protected or forced to retire, etc. etc. It's not that these things don't happen! Unfortunately it's clear that they do. But the value of a correct accusation is diluted if it's surrounded by 50 other false accusations, with no way of determining which is which.

Runners are pussys. Def not banging groupies. This isn't football or soccer. Runners get the least tail of any sport. Nobody wants skeletor....

Get back to us sometime about your mom, sister, wife, girlfriend or daughter and how they fared with losers having your attitude about sex.
Hocker hasn't done anything since he won the Olympic Trials in '21. He's obviously washed up. Stick a spork in him!
Oh man I want this guy figuring my bonus.
25 laps of a 10k and running 25m less and you think it’s worth 30 seconds? The ‘merica edukayshun has failed us. Discus

i have know idea what i was thinking with my math...i think i used 99m vs 100m, which would be 4m short, to get my 2 seconds...
i will keep looking into it, in order to get the 2 seconds i came up with 4.76 meters short per 400m or 15.6 ft. or 5.2 yrds
that seems like it would be noticeably short, but i will look into the soccer pitch dimensions which claim its 105m x 68m
and i have been on here since 03? i have been banned lots of times.
1) handle was "i agree with spencer", got banned for insulting vent^3 aka calculo. he kept claiming jim ryun ran 43, 1'39 and 3'24 and anyone who disagreed he would go on some insane rant with page and pages of insults that the brojos allowed to happen
2) forgot the next one, but it was banned as well due claiming El and others were on EPO, renato got mad at me and told me i was mindweak cause i thought kenyans doped
3) handle 3 was mindweak. i got banned for arguing with rekrunner, renato, and coevett, then was allowed back on when kiprop was banned as i called it months before....although the brojos told me i couldnt use mindweak anymore
4) after this i used variations of mindweak and then banned again, then banned, then banned i got, then bannned i got. due to lots of people trying to use my handle to start sh*t with coevett and others.
i did find this nice bit, i dont remember ever hearing of it
claims the new surface is 10% faster....or its just short

I wouldnt worry about your maths; i would worry about the lrc fact that the finish line is 3.2m lower than the start. i have checked on google maps and you can clearly see that the entire track is downhill from start to finish.
This is why they dont run marathons on this track, but the time they finish, the line would be almost 350m lower.
using google earth the best i can get with the measurements 80.20m straights, this should get 119.8m curves. but the shade is so bad i cant get it. so i did the next best thing
from end of curve start of straight up to the middle of the curve should be 38.15m, and i measured 36.80m, which would give you 2.7 meters short per 400m.
397.3m track, add in super track that is 10% faster, and cheater spikes and well you get WR in 5k/10k
794.6 vs 800
1491.9 vs 1500
4966.25 vs 5000
9932.5 vs 10000
4966.25 in 12:35.36 is 6.57m/s, using that for 5000m gives you 12:40.8
now lets look at cheptegei

so we can see he is about 12:50s guy, then the huge outlier, he doped to a 12:40 but the short track with lights is the rest

Recent video of Cole Hocker doing 7-mile easy run with Teare et al.
In some ways, it is quite interesting that a guy going to Tokyo, with an amazing kick, is kind of left on his own for his daily workouts, as opposed to BTC, which appears to be fairly regimented, with a coach overseeing most workouts, and with probably an auxiliary "pharmaceutical program".
Running can be a simple sport.

Good article on Hocker with a a faith angle.
Good article, plenty of new information, and good quotes from Teare.
