too woke to fail now. he will be untouchable like bolt
LRC note: This thread was deletd by a volunteer mod in 2023 but now given the fact that Katir has been suspended we have re-instated it.

Thanks for those links, Passant.
AIU isn't restricted to the registered testing pool:
"The World Athletics will concentrate it’s testing on the RTP but can test any athlete at any time"

So have they?

Main takeaway, had the perfect pacer in McSweyn all the way to 250 to go. Official pacers got it slightly wrong with laps over 60" early. If McSweyn had a pacer to 250 to go McSweyn would have run 7:25-6 but I agree Katir with that kick, still would have won in 7:23-4.
So what you are saying is that the pacer ran too slow and was not perfect.
The first paid pacer was a little slow. McSweyn was running on the spot following at 60+ laps. McSweyn after taking the lead paced Katir perfectly.

Probably not in 2020. "The AIU’s testing is focused on elite top-end athletes and is designed to be specific, targeted and intelligence-led."
4% of their tests were on middle distance runners.
Mis queridos hermanos, les he traído un pequeño regalo.
Atletas de Miguel A Mostaza (o asociados) envuelta en este tipo de dopaje controversia:
Mohamed Al-Garni: Refused to submit to doping control, banned
Daniel Arce: accused of trafficking in doping substances, case dropped
Ouassim Oumaiz, trained by Antonio Serrano, trains with Adel Mechaal. Trains in Ifrane, Ethiopia and Sierra Nevada.
Serrano's protege Adel Mechaal ("the greatest wonder" he had seen with " special genetics"), missed three whereabouts tests, exonerated by CAS.
Serrano-coached Allesandra Aguilar, tested postive for heptaminol.
Previously Serrano-coached Mohamed Marhoum tested positive for EPO.
Serrano-coached Gizaw Bekele busted in Operation Relay (growth hormones; testosterone; injectable vitamins; material for blood autotransfusions).
Operation Relay: many athletes traveled to Zaragoza to get the products that this network obtained in Morocco, France or Italy, taking advantage of the trips of different athletes to these countries, where they acquired the prohibited (illegal) substances.
One thing in common with several of these atheltes: they're from humble families, hence financial aid to sustain their careers is vital. Some were naturalized Spaniards. Some were from Morocco.
As the saying goes, Katir, "Eres juzgado por la compañía que mantienes".
Katir's manager Miguel A Mostaza, managed both Cacho and Reyes Estévez.
https://as.com/masdeporte/2011/01/24/polideportivo/1295823607_850215.htmlIt's probably worth mentioning that there're basically 3 major Spanish agents (e.g. 3+ clients) who represent Spaniards. OK maybe he chose one who represented some dopers (I suspect the others have too), but this might be correlation (top Spanish agent in a time of state-sanctioned doping) rather than something heavily related to the agent.
Coevett, can't you not just stick to one handle in a thread? It's just difficult to follow your rasistic nonsense.
This is BS.
Dani Arce was falsely accused by another Spanish athlete, one that has run faster than Katir in the 3000m indoors and has tested positive.
The rest of the cases you mention, has a stronger correlation with who was the coach.

May lightening strike him down tomorrow.
He dares to question the name of the devout Rashid Ramzi.
How real is your Steve Ovett vs Ian Botham?

Man Spain has been like a paradise for doping for a long time. It hasn t been like that last years though; and our results in track n field show it.
Not true at all they have had doping busts and having strong anti doping laws because of the past shenanigans of cyclists and runners.
If he is doping it's on the down low as his coach or supplier could do serious time.
This is the most obvious doper of all time after the yellow eyed Ben Johnson...

Coevett you are making error, I'm not croebett.
I never post with anonymous names in these forums.
I'm still in the same country but another town du to holidays.
(Ask LRC administrators to check my IPs)
Best of luck to Katir in the Olympic Games.
I know that the deal with Kenyan/Ethiopian will be difficult
(A lot of runners completely transform in the finals of Olympics)
I will be here to defend your case what ever happens in the future

There is no state sanctioned doping in Spain. The country is quite serious in its antidoping stance even if certain aspects of the legal system make some of the nonlegal antidoping mechanisms difficult to enforce.
Katir will win 5000m in Tokyo if the Ugandan boys don't decide to run sub 12.40.
And clearly decided to play safe and throttle back before these Games.
Pissant is going to be so devastated.
My only concern is that this debacle will lead Katir to focusing on the 1500m.
Never cheered so loudly for an East African as today.
And El K goes home devastated too.
Perfect.
