Bio: male, 160lb, 5' 10" fastest official mile 5:27. I struggled with SVT(heart issue) for a little while until about 4 weeks ago I got surgery and have not had to stop for heart problems since. I also took 1 month off before the surgery for my metatarsal injury, so really a total of 2 months off.
For the first 2 weeks back, I took it easy and just walked and jogged lightly. And then I began training, with no real speed work but just steady, and slow runs. Here is the training I did:
