Excellent sleuthing! This is true. They are both listed as qualified by entry standard for the 200m and withdrawn for the 400m, despite their previous times having led them to being listed as qualifying. This also seems to resolve the question of how they were running 400 in 48.54 and 49 low, because their performances thus far in the 200m do not make them medal contenders, whereas their 400m times did, and you'd only switch to the 200m in this circumstance because the new rules limit competitors with regard to testosterone in the 400m-1500m only.
The only athletes competing in women's events should be women.
So there we have it.
Clear evidence of what's going on.
Just a shame the IAAF can't get a ban in the 200 (and 5000) before the Olympics. Surely they have enough 'evidence' like they had for 400-1500.
I found the distance range being limited very silly, but I think the IAAF had the best intentions in mind but knew they were fighting an uphill battle against the so called courts of justice so had to take a small win until a semenya type wreaked havoc in the sprints and long distances

You have not gone far enough they should be banned from all people can't say it is a natural ability like being naturally stronger because ahletics is not restricted and grouped by strength or vo2 max it is grouped by gender. This is why you can 2 women with vastly different vo2 can compete alongside each other but 2 people with a different variation of gender cannot because the qthletics is divided by gender it is unfair but it is better to be unfair to the miniscule percentage of DSD athletes to than to be unfair to standard females. The only way DSD can compete is to have a seperate class for their own gender variation.
In a new development that many saw coming, both Christine Mboma and Beatrice Masilingi of Namibia have just been removed by World Athletics from the list of eligible athletes for the Olympics in the 400.
However, they are both still listed as eligible in the 200.
Intersex athletes are banned from competing in women's events between the 400 to 1 mile unless they reduce their testosterone levels.
A known intersex athlete, Aminatou Seyni, who has the Olympic qualifying time in the 400, was never even put on the list of eligible athletes in the 400, but Seyni appears on the eligible 200 list along with Mboma and Masilingi.
So now World Athletics has confirmed something that many people suspected. Mboma and Masilingi are both intersex. They will be allowed to compete only in the 200 (but not the 400) in the Olympics, as per existing World Athletics rules on intersex athletes with high testosterone.

You found it too. Good

I'm surprised that so many people actually thought that an 18 year old coming out of no where and running a 48.54 in the 400 was just a normal time from a talented athlete.
Democrats lose again! Man am I tired of having egg on my face.

Have a day off.
Barely any followers of the sport (of any political leaning) think that athletes like Semenya should be competing with the women.
You'd be much happier if you didn't see everything though a Republican vs Democrat lens. I appreciate you're not in a great place right now and you're a very angry person, but this might help you with your issues.
The 200 is now packed with top women. The 400 has gotten pretty empty all of a sudden.
Mboma and Masilingi are out. Nasser is banned. Miller-Uibo might not run the 400. McLaughlin and Shamier Little didn't run the 400 at the Trials, so they aren't eligible.
Can Felix now get a medal in the 400?
Odd how often this happens.
Also not running the 400 in the Olympics, Jamaica's Shericka Jackson (49.47) and Athing Mu (49.57). The 400 is wide open!
Can the United States sweep?

Also odd is how often people believe ridiculously fast times from young women that come out of no where. Mboma, Masilingi, Seyni, Semenya, etc.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

But how exactly did World Athletics determine they are both intersex?
