Looking for something light and supportive. I usually have knee problems if that factors in. My favorite shoes so far were the adidas adizero pro. Only in 22ish 3 mile shape at the moment, was once 18 high.

Spikes or no spikes?
no spikes. just training shoes.
Jogging: Boston 9 or older, the ones with boost foam (idk about the new ones )
Tempo / Workout : Vaporfly Next% or Adios Pro, although you could just workout in Bostons too
Endorphin Pro is also a good workout shoe
most responsive lightish weight trainers I've tried are hoka mach 4 and asics novablast
definitely a daily trainer you could workout in or race if running above 17 mins 5k

I looked up the Boston 9s and they look like what I had in mind. But after looking it up, it seems they are racing flats for the marathon. Might get them anyway, since they can sustain mileage.
