No-one has actually answered the guys question. Pappas only ran 1 2:34 marathon in 2020 and in 2019 ran 2 races did not compete in 2018 and ran 1 marathon in 2017. She has not had a real season since 2016. She has no standard in anything event so I doubt she is going to tokyo
