I've started using the 'Jumbo Elliott methodology'. Today I did 6 x 400 at 800 pace and 10 x 400 at mile pace to be done on Friday. My question is does anybody have an account on what he had guys do on in between days?
That is, did they run for time or miles? What was the effort level, jog, regular easy, steady, harder? Etc.
Somebody come up clutch for me. Thanks in advance.
