For some years I noticed that occasionally I forget to breath out properly and tried to correct it.
I didn't paid too much attention to it, but in the past week I've been permanently trying to breath out as much as possible air.
Of course, without exaggerating.
While doing this I thought that it is a good time to reflect on it.
I reached some conclusions and I thought that it would be a good idea to share them with you and perhaps improve them.
A first conclusion is that if you constantly breath out just 15-30% of the air from your lungs, then the carbon dioxide level stored increases constantly, bit by bit.
Another conclusion is that breathing out just a small amount of the air stored in your lungs leads to shallow breathing - breathing from the chest instead of the diaphragm. This happens because there is no room for more air and every breath is limited to the upper side of the respiratory system.
And finally, if the air is not properly refreshed the body will have difficulties in lowering the temperature, contributing to more transpiration.
As results is too early to say that has an effect on performance, but what I noticed so far is that the muscles, in general, are not as soft as before.
