Osika was at fault. MacLean was passing and was going to make it to the spot Osika was gunning for before her. So Osika tried to shove her way up and force MacLean back outside. Osika should have just settled in behind MacLean.

This is not anywhere close to what happened. Osika did nothing. She got shoved.
