Athletes do not have a contractual relationship with WADA. It is a code that countries and sports bodies agree to be bound by (and may be sanctioned if they don't). It has nothing to do with who pays the athletes' cheques.
I never said that they had such a relationship with Wada. Do wake up at the dumb part of the classroom.
