Don't see any threads on them continuing to deliver on the track just haters going off on the burrito.

The question that I have is this: are either of them going to piss hot tonight?
Nah, they learned their lesson from Shelburrito. They ain't gonna be glowing during competition. Jerry will make sure none of his athlete's make that dumb mistake again.
Why does this shut up the haters? This proves the haters right - that Bowerman is doping.
Gosh, don’t we all wish Abbey Cooper made it instead of these two?
I guess I’ll be cheering for them in the 10k so that they give the 5k spot to Abbey
It's far more likely they give up the 10 to Emily Infeld if Emily ends up 4th or 5th.
Cranny's best chance is in the 10k, so should she make it she should scratch, however she will probably double if that's the case. Hate them or not for the Shelby scandal, they ran a great race and had a great tactic. That race was a simulation for what the Africans are going to do in Tokyo. Crank the pace up more and more until they break everyone who can't hang.

Seeing Cranny give love to Shelby in her post-race interview makes it pretty clear where Jerry's group is at. Very reminiscent of Alberto's athlete's reaction as he was under investigation. I am now firmly of the opinion that the entire group is doping. Doping is such a big part of these athlete's lifestyles that they don't even have the sense to pretend to be outraged at Shelby getting busted. They just assume since they are so comfortable with the idea of doping everyone else is too.

Perfect post. You nailed it. If they double back in the 10k I will be even more convinced.

Shelbo pissing hot had to have been an accident from sloppy dosing. The rest will piss as clean as the East Germans.
"Running for Shelby"....GTFO. Down with dopers.
Jerry's team had the top 4 times coming into the meet and only got 2 to Tokyo. Thats 50% success and below expectations... 1 of those 4 is a convicted doper. Dont see how they had a good night as a team. Same with the men. Top 3 times and only got 2 to Tokyo. Rachel scheider and joe klecker pulled off the respectful upsets and earned their spots. Root for them

How does doubling making it more convincing? They are favorited anyway. Are you implying people cannot double and if they do they dope? oh please
All it does is deepen the suspicions.
It's great to see Elise Cranny do so well. I feel like she used to be so overlooked but is really coming up. Sad for Abbey though, not getting her 2nd chance at the olympics. She's so easy to sympathize with, especially since you could really see the struggle on her face.

or maybe another take: Perhaps Shelby did dope, but no one else knew it was happening. They all think she's clean because they see her everyday and she hid it for the rest of them, so they believe her 100%.
But maybe that's just me, I guess I have some faith in humanity and don't automatically condemn entire groups of people that I have no personal association just because it fits my narrative. I mean, I'm sure you know 100% about their morals and character even through you've never even been in the same room with them. Especially with a name like "primo numero uno"....you sound like a pretty narcissistic and self-loving person....probably someone that hates seeing others have success.

Yes. If you're a doper and you're caught by a test it's because of your own stupidity. The video by the throws coach explained it pretty well. USADA said they weren't going to be testing till 2021 so Houlihan was caught flatfooted when they tested her in December.
Well done to the Chemical Sisters.

That was insane. What kind of sport is this that has participants give a shout out to a cheating doper - the very type of person who is destroying the sport?
I'm not exaggerating, that was getting close to the Pouncey brothers wearing "Free Hernandez" hats when Aaron Hernandez went down.

Stupid assumption...Let me pose this question you really think Fisher would dope? The talent and intelligence that young man has...your comments are idiotic
