I’m looking for recommendations on a good plan to use after I max out the garmin McMillan plan I’m currently on. It only goes to 22:00.
Background. I’m a 41 year old a month into training after taking 10 years off. Ran a 5k race over the weekend in 22:19. PR was 18:05 back in the day. My first summer of running in 2009, I ran 18:30 just running hard 5ks every other day lol. Then the last 6 years I got into powerlifting (ie I got fat).
Looking for suggestions on training plans post Garmin. Also wondering what my chances are of reaching my previous heights of mediocrity. 😆
