I was asked for advice and to work with a 10 year old girl to help build her endurance. She plays soccer but her coaches think she needs to work on her endurance, so the parents want me to work with her. I usually work with older athletes, so I was looking here to see if anyone else has experience with building endurance for someone in age bracket. She will be doing this in addition to her soccer. She is pretty competitive person and I think will take to running well. Thanks 😁
