She wasn’t training at 100% this whole time.

Several thoughts after watching the video:
1. At no other time would it be this important (after SH) to be upfront about what the injury is. She knows we will all speculate that its "offal" related.
2. She claims it was hard for her not to tell her fans etc that she was struggling with some injury up till this moment...so why is she still being vague after she pulls out?
3. I personally think the problem is more mental that physical.
As soon as I saw the video I had an odd feeling in my gut and I then immediately went to this forum to see what others wrote about it. Good to know I wasn’t alone. Hope she gets over/through whatever is going on.
Y'all can see the future or something like that cause I remember the day she signed with Lulu a bunch of you guys predicted a DNS or DNF from her. Incredible
If I were Lululemon, I would demand a REFUND.
I got second hand cringe from watching that video.
Also she is not great at acting btw
That was nice of her to let us know beforehand so I could pull her out of my top three.
Good thing I didn’t even pick for the selection contest
Watched the video and tone just feels off, something is up, hopefully just burnt out.
Exactly. Track and Field is truly dead beyond the high school level.
She literally posted footage of herself hurdling and said ‘ready to make my second team’ 10 days ago! Usada & wada need to test her 3 times in a row this week so she either gets tested or fails for evading.
If they don't test her we’ll crowdfund hard during the Olympics to dismantle both testing agencies. Get your asses out there and test Lopez as well!
This makes me really angry. Shelby thinks we are children who buy any lie. López “8 pack” Lomong puts in an academy award winning performance dropping out the 10k. Jager runs 2k pacing his teammate effortlessly like 7 weeks ago at 820 pace then gives a rambling speech that he deleted then re-edited about dropping out. And now Colleen just lies. She could have bombed the prelim and walked away and retired. She doesn’t want to take a drug test. None of these BTC former and current athletes do because they are scared to see if the micro dosing cycle was not hidden well enough. Rowbury runs a near PR 5k wise despite two kids and being exhausted and complaining about mom life then she drops out. It just looks terrible and it’s ruining track for someone like Chris Derrick who just turned 85 overnight and can’t race well. F*** Nike and their disciplines. This is a bunch of nonsense. I need a burrito, who’s with me?
Isn't she just a Lululemon hobby jogger now? I was actually hoping she would show up and prove everyone wrong but I guess she really is just a shill now.
What a DICK
I'd say the average Lululemon female customer doesn't care about the Trials, or an Olympic position. They care more about self care and body positivity self-actualization.
This decision and explanation may be more on-brand than actually competing.

Funnily enough this is probably true lol
I’m not surprised Squigs dropped out to be honest, although I thought she would do it earlier in the week.
Just wants insta comments and affirmation.
Why is it that every YouTuber is quite obviously very inauthentic in their videos, and then when they are forced to reveal some secret they’ve been hiding, they say, “I’m really upset because I always try to be so authentic on this channel”?
Or maybe it's not adding up. She wrote what I thought was a very nice letter. If she doesn't want to share personal info about herself, so be it. It's her business not yours.
This is basically the same nonsense she pulled for 2019 Worlds. Keep everyone interested until the last min.
If she has a mental health issue, fine. But then get off the socials and so something about it. If there was one good thing about the pandemic, is that people are more accepting of mental health issues and accept that people can take time away for them.
