What are you hoping to accomplish? Without getting a specific and accurate citation, you may get inconclusive answers on that specific question. Nonetheless, you don't need that info to come up with a good training strategy, no? For example, you might want to look up training ideas by Marcus O'Sullivan, who ran under Elliot for one season (before Elliot passed on).
