Just finished the book. Enjoyed it very much. Much of what you wrote in the book hit home with me. Over the last few years my philosophy has gone from lots of easy volume running with twice weekly tough sessions to a more balanced daily approach.
I have many questions, but will limit it to just one area for now.
Why the need to add steady state morning runs to your schedule? Why didn't you just add more reps to your easy interval sessions? Why limit your sessions to 15 x 200 or 10 x 400 or 6 x 1k or 5 x 2k?
Hi RAW,
Thank you for your kind words.
Interesting questions! Could you be so kind to ask those in the Easy Interval Method Group on FB?
https://www.facebook.com/groups/316406889663700Because you have more questions and the exchange of replies and experiences could benefit others in this FB-group as well. Apart from that, in this group there is already some experience available, other people will answer questions and share their experiences, runners from different ages and different running levels. Also, I would be happy to have these experiences in one place.
I am visiting this FB-group several times a week.
(I apologize in case this sounds a bit rude or demanding.)
Thanks and kind regards, Klaas
