Hi people,
I have not been running for many years, but today I made a bet with my friend. We split the bet into two parts, one with a 100 meter sprint, and another with a 8km run. Now, I haven't run for years. I remember myself as pretty quick on a short distance, and i used to be very good at longer distances as my weight is around 60kg, used to be a bit lower when I was younger. The bet is just between the two of us, meaning who can run faster on both distances. They are seperate bets.
I know that running a sprint is not the same as running 8k (though that si not a marathon either), but how do you guys suggest that I ratin for this. I am willing to put a lot of effort in just to beat my friend :)
