International Olympic Committee (IOC) - Doping (use of a prohibited substance or method; tampering with doping control; cover-up of and complicity in the commission of an ADRV) - All individual results earned by Alexander Bessmertnykh upon the occasion of the XXII Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia are reinstated, with all resulting consequences.
Inna Dyubanok v. International Olympic Committee (IOC) - Doping (use of a prohibited substance or method; tampering with doping control; cover-up of and complicity in the commission of an ADRV) - the Athlete’s appeal against the OP-only decision of the IOC DC rendered on 11 December 2017 is partially upheld.
Alexey Voevoda v. International Olympic Committee (IOC) - Doping (use of a prohibited substance or method; tampering with doping control; cover-up of and complicity in the commission of an ADRV) - The Athlte's appeal against the Decision of the International Olympic Committee Disciplinary Commission dated 18 December 2017 is partially upheld.
Olga Fatkulina v. International Olympic Committee (IOC) - Doping (use of a prohibited substance or method; tampering with doping control; cover-up of and complicity in the commission of an ADRV) - The results achieved by the Athlete during the Sochi Games should be annulled, with all resulting consequences;
