How long will people be sticking that superfluous ‘c’ in his name? Probably forever I guess.

Fisher, Klecker, and True with one last hurrah!
Really want this to be right — True has had a fantastic career and I want him to get that Olympic spot.
But I am going with Fisher, Kincaid, and Klecker.

I mean, obviously.
Nobody will even be in the Top 6 (which is the best anyone has done aside from Rupp in 2012, as well as I can remember).
Brojos,
Please add Galen Rupp to the prediction contest. I don't want to select "Other" as a choice.

Bor
Lomong
Kincaid
27:15 because pace will be pushed by those that have run faster the 27:28.
Haven’t run faster…

BTC's Lopez Lomong, Grant Fisher, and Woody Kincaid have the three fastest seed times, but Emmanuel Bor, Joe Klecker, Eric Jenkins, and Ben True are lurking with the standard.
Do we predict a BTC sweep?
https://www.letsrun.com/news/2021/06/2020-olympic-trials-m10k-preview-can-grant-fisher-lead-a-bowerman-sweep/Rojo, this thread is useless without knowing who all has the Olympic standard. That is critical to the outcome. No one without the Oly standard already will make the team = FACT!
Only useless for the rare poster who doesn't know or can't access this info. And it's provided for you in Rojo's post. It's the BTC 3, Lomong, Woody & Grant along with Bor, True, Jenkins, & Klecker just as stated above. And for the record - Grant, Klecker, & Bor for Top 3.

This is part of the issue/confusion -
https://www.atlanta2020trials.com/fan-zone/athletes/Grant-FischerI'm in for Fisher, Kincaid and Klecker.
It's really a mixed bag - I want True and Lomong on the team as my millennial hold-outs, but I can't quite bet on them. Bor seems to have Klecker-esque upside as well, and Jenkins could bring some magic. Should be a great race.
Would a BTC sweep raise eyebrows even higher?
What are the chances Rupp has been persuaded to pace the pack through 5km in 13:35-40, thus giving those without the standard a chance to be relevant in the race? Would make for some fun spectating.

jenkins to pull off a stunning upset.

im taking whoever hit the burrito truck with shelby-maybe rupp
Let's go Marty Hehir! Shake things up!
with all the people entered in both the 5 and 10 its kind of hard to see where priorities lie for someone like fisher, but fisher seems to be in the best form so he seems like a safe pick. jenkins is def focused on the 10k and i think he will make it. last spot is kind of a toss up for me. lomong hasnt shown us much lately (and didnt look great in his 5k win
), but on paper he should obviously make the team and wouldnt be surprised if he slips into the top 3. i really like klecker, but i think he will find himself just barely out of the mix in the 5 and 10k (4-6th finishes). rooting for ben true, but his training hasnt seemed as great as it was leading up to his last 10k. feel like everyone is prob sleeping on so...id say kincaid or lomong gets the last spot. i might be a little ignorant on bor as well, but i like his chances more in the 5k.
I predict Hocker, Ingebrigtsen, and Joe Fisher.
