And throw in a 17:47 5k for good measure.
Sheesh
Statswise she looks a possible heptathlete, but body type she doesn't look like one. It would take years of training to get her there with the field implements/jumps and her PV proficiency won't translate directly to the current multi event lineups. Looking forward to seeing what path she follows in college. I guess 400 Hurdles/mid-distance is most likely.
The PV isn’t really notable compared with to the other marks, but that is some very impressive range
well she looked great last night at RunningLane. The hurdle time is amazing for a distance runner. Thats a sprint time that would win some state championships. Youd never guess it looking at her. Shes very slight. Im dubious of the 800 time though. Is that a split?
Those 800/1600 times don't match her profile:

Her hurdles are decent but not exceptional. A good all round athlete but not a blue chip by any means.
the 4:41 was from last night and it was a monster PR. you might have to look under "Unattached Mile" not her high school stats. assuming its been posted yet.

A good time, but 2:04 is better...where is that from?

Dual meet or time trial. She lists that as her "unofficial" PR on social media. Her official, recognized best time is 2:07.
Ali Ince, Illinois Freshman doesn’t have any field events but has 2:04 800, 4:40 1600 and split a 55 on 4x400 last night at Ihsa State meet. She also ran 16:58 3m in CC.

Very solid. But here's what sets Allie apart, imo (though I'm from Ohio and a big homer)... there are probably 15-20 girls across the country who have this range.
I just don't think many are ALSO running 14.2 in the hurdles and pole vaulting 11 feet.
4:37.44 mile for Johnson today.
Does she have the endurance for the steeple?
This post was removed.
Pretty sure sub 18:00 in HS.

also won the 1K in 2:43 in the meet before that. her collegiate debut. fastest time in the country this season and the second fastest in program history. got her a Big 10 Athlete of the Week honor out of it. nice to see her come out of the gates to her college track career like a rocket. she was one of those kids who had really started climbing her senior year in high school. guess thats continuing.
2:02 half this weekend. fastest in penn state history and fastest in the country this year so far. and two more Big Ten Athlete of the Week awards for the freshman. the kid is on fire right now.
Des Linden: "The entire sport" has changed since she first started running Boston.
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
