My problem with Diljeet is her approach. She is a cheerleader at not a coach. It is impossible to have a team the size of BYU and have zero 10k runners.
She also always looks like she is posing for a camera rather than honestly coaching.

Oh, so you being the expert, have trouble with the approach of “the cheerleader” who took lower level recruits from 11th, to 7th, to 2nd to being the National Champions while also winning DMR and will has the top ranked distance squad based on performance in 20-21’ because only 4 BYU athletes qualified for Regionals in the 10k and Aubrey Frentheway happened to have an off day heat - not to mention earning the verbal commitment from what will likely become one of, if not the top 5/10k runner in the country in the next few years.
Wow, I’m looking forward to more of your genius takes. Any chance you could take over as AD at BYU and get this straightened out?!
Camp out of nowhere wins the 1500m after BYU wins DMR/mile(?) indoors and xc nationals and now it's time to criticize Diljeet Taylor? Come on. She's doing an incredible job. She's had an incredible run this year.
How about calling this before the season?
Camp:
“At the beginning of the season, my coach [Diljeet Taylor], she called me and asked, ‘Do you want me to coach you to win the 1500? Because I believe you can do it.’ And so I knew that there was a chance.”
I’m buying the dip
Would have broken into the top ten in the prediction contest if both had performed up to their pre-race "Expect Great Expectations."
It's unlikely any of these women would be pro for long. I think all of them are married and will get the baby bug 1-2 years after they graduate. Shea Collinsworth being an example.
I love Diljeet. Her fashion sense is amazing. Gucci belts and Louboutin heels.

I agree with the posing comment. It should be about the athletes not the coach. Hard to argue with the results though. I’d also buy the on the dip with these 2.
