So that same dude ran 47.9 in the semis?
What the hell is wrong with the organizers? 4x100, 100 and 200 on same night. There is no need for this type of schedule. They could have simply had all 100Ms on the same night and all 200M on Saturday. Damn ridiculous!
Laird, I wanted you to win the 200 as well; you gave it your best shot, but your legs just weren't there at the end of the 200M.
Congrats to Fahnbulleh for getting the win.

Doesn’t have the standard.
PB 45.61
He’s had a wildly inconsistent season based on times. What's precedent on USATF taking relay splits?
SFA Baby!!!
Dear Dwight Stones, no one calls the university "Austin".
Acceptable names:
-Stephen F. Austin
-SFA
-Stephen F.
Agree! SFA! However, LSU sends everyone home devastated. Good job to the 2 boys from Oregon in the 5000.
What Nike spikes are the sprinters wearing? They look like Air Zoom Victory but I thought they were for 8/1500s...
So happy that there were exactly ZERO commercial breaks in the 5000! Thank you 🙏 🙏 🙏
So does Laird’s 10.05 now qualify him for trials?

I didn't get to watch. Anything like this Steve Austin?
https://youtu.be/enPADH5RXlYI was able to watch the 1500m and 5K this evening. I knew that if Hocker was anywhere within 5-10meters in the last 200-250m he'd take it. Excellent performance and well executed race. I honestly didn't know if Teare would take it over the last 2K. The guy from Campbell just started hammering. I know the announcers were all like "Kiptoo should be thanked for the strong pace up front..." but in all seriousness it was the dude from Campbell who really pushed it and kept it fast in the last 1/2 until Teare took over and Grijvala? from NAU went...but that was an awesome race.
As a North Carolina dude I have to give some love to Ratcliffe from UNC and Shanklin from NC State. Awesome personal bests for both of them. I think that was nearly a 10sec best for Ratcliffe and almost a 20sec best from Shanklin (saw him run in high school here in NC)! And Devers from Tulsa coming back to run 13:19 in the 5K after a 27:41 10K. Wow! Was he the strongest true distance guy at the meet? Looking forward to women's 1500m and 5K tomorrow. Rooting for Henes from NC State. I met her mom years ago at the Raleigh Relays. Coach Henes is a really cool customer.

actually if you average the predictions, letsrun knows its stuff.
as we can see by the results
i had hocker, for the win with the kick, he'd be fresh.
if you average the time predictions, they are on the money.
in the tone of let's say something nice.
Laird isn't on PEDs anabolic for sure.
nor is Mu on anabolics
