Wrong as usual. What "slower group"? The 2.01 runner - a whistleblower - was a 1.56 runner doped, which made her one of the fastest. She was a championship medallist, like the other banned athletes. You are out of your depth.
Oh I thought you were referring to the study on Russian women that compared times pre-scandal and post-scandal.
You were falling back on an anecdote of a runner, and attributing all the changes to doping.
