Today there exists no direct definition of Endurance and no one physiologically sound measurement unit for Endurance. VO2Max is currently the go-to measurement unit but we know that marathon runners who run the same time can differ a lot in their VO2Max value.
For the first time in history it is now possible to accurately measure Endurance on a scale from 0-100% and predict race times over all distances based on heart rate data from a simple easy run. This is possible because of a recent patented breakthrough in human physiology.
To further our research even more we are now looking for heart rate data from Ultra runners who have run 50-100km on a relatively flat course and worn a heart rate monitor during their efforts.
If you are one of the Ultra heroes we would love to hear from you and explore your heart rate data from your race.
Please send us an email with the title Endurance at
for more information.
Thank you in advance :)
