Every team should have a FRESHMEN boy that either breaks 5 or is close. Older than that there should be a few more.

when you have 100 high school boys, a LARGE chunk of them are going to be focused on football, soccer, baseball, basketball, etc. Doesn't leave a lot of decently talented kids for track-in many cases..
when you have 400, there are going to be a lot of decently talented kids leftover after all those other sports are accounted for.
