So it's official......wonder how it will effect possible qualifiers good and bad in each reason?
Wow. This whole realignment is so dumb. Metro region = worse than the old south region

Metro and Niagara regions are a joke. I guess that's why there's only one auto spot now.
Geneseo could run their C team at regionals and still make it.
Anyone run any summer road races lately? Any July 4th blazers? Does anyone know if NCC did the 4 mile race they usually do?
Is Bix7 update?
Anyone else see the D3 regional rankings that just dropped? NCC in 5th for the new midwest region, lmao! I'm not saying they're gonna clean up this year in xc (they didn't have amazing track times in the spring) but when you have 6 first years under 15:30 and you're North Central, I think you're gonna do better than 5th in their region.
Several of the Regions are clearly much stronger that others. At large will be a mess especially if they leave strong teams at home like NCC. Could the MidWest get 5 or 6 teams when others only get two.
If metro gets more than one to nationals this realignment is a joke

You're assuming Haverford will win the region easily. Berman College has the country's top returner from the 2019 XC nationals, a couple of 3:52 1500 guys, and a 9:22 steepler. Plus a strong group of recruits. They should be a top 10 team nationally.

Who? Who do you think is the top returner from 2019 XC Nationals?

D3 Cross Country is back baby! Is there a more exciting season than the division 3 cross country season? I think not. Will North Central be able to reload and emerge victorious for a 317th time?? Will the midwest crush new england once again at natties? Will Aidan 'took the year off to run 13:51' Ryan choke again and not win the individual title? Will the PP boys be able to run well after not being on campus a whole year? Is John Carroll a relevant school now with their #1 ranking in the 10k this spring?
Get yer miles in this summer folks because it's gonna be a hot one this fall!
This thread needs predictions for women’s D3 also. I’m a fan but haven’t done the research.

Berman 2-mile track trial this evening. Depth is an obvious problem, but . . .
9:08
9:12
9:13
9:16
9:19
9:56
10:14
10:27
I think we’re going to see a NESCAC team win it all this year.
Looks like good freshman class at Pomona-Pitzer
