I’ve been researching lifting regimens for 800m runners but I have found mixed and inconclusive results. I plan on starting lifting in the off-season this summer then continuing to lift during the cross country/ track season. What should of periodization should I do? And by lifting, I also mean plyometrics as well. I appreciate any advice
