What are you talking about? This did not "affect no one." He made the other guy run around him. It didn't change the outcome, but it affected him. To use your premise, if I "hand of God" hand-ball the ball into the net in a soccer/football match, but we are losing 4-0 so making it 4-1 is of no "affect", then it's ok? Of course not. And give me a break. No way that that was "losing control of his body." The stuff people on here believe is absurd. He went out almost to lane 3. He did it as a "smart racer" by a lot of opinions on here. But it's against the rules and he got caught. Live with it.
