Worth the investment or should I just wait for the Saucony speed to go on sale. My speed pair is almost at 400m miles. Still has pop but I don’t feel the same amount of cushion anymore.

Difficult to say without knowing how much it’s on sale for.
Retail price of $200 on sale for $149
RC Elite also on sale. Was $225, now $159.

Seems like a deal.
The Nike Zoom Tempo Next % is $159.
Anyone tried both of them and if so which would you choose given that they are essentially the same price?

Between those two, the Pro.
I’ve seen the next % in person and my friends say it’s a good shoe for workouts. I don’t think they’re the same weight and seem to be as clunky as the Alphafly. The Pro is something else to be honest. Amazing shoe and the durability id probably better.
The Tempo Next has been on sale for $150 at certain retailers basically since it's release.
The endorphin pros are better but don't last quite as long. I got a solid 300 miles on the pros before they were super flat but the tempo next can last to 400ish. At least as a heavy runner.
I was wondering this same question. My Speeds are at about 215 miles and still pretty snappy. I love the shoe. I am curious when theyll drop Speed price seeing as they are currently more expensive than the Pro.
I'm tempted to get these for my fall marathon but I'm interested to see what will be coming out in the next few months. I also think they will fall further in price in the color schemes that nobody likes (except for people like that don't care about color schemes if the price is right).
Is that the pro or the pro2? Where is it on sale! Thanks I’m advanc.
The first edition of the pro. They’re available on Running Warehouse.
Thanks for the reply.
Shoe price search sites show other retailers discounting these for $159 so it looks like many stores are trying to clear them out for new model version.
I have been wearing adidas Boston shoes for races. I have several new in box pre-Lightstrike models but am considering changing for my next marathon race to these mostly because reviews claim that with the carbon plate there is much less flexing at the forefoot. An orthopedic surgeon recommended that I switch to Hoka for less flexing at forefoot. I have two different chronic issues in the area of the metatarsal of my big toe on one foot that can't heal on their own which I may eventually require surgery for if the pain prevents me from running. Less flexing helps reduce pain and swelling in the area. The Hoka Bondi shoes I have been wearing along with icing seem to help.
Any comments on these shoes regarding flexing of forefoot?
I have gotten 600 miles out of adidas Boston shoes thus far. I know the mid-sole foam in the Endorphin Pro will not last nearly as long as BOOST foam in my pre-Lightstrike foam Boston shoes. Anyone know how long to expect the Endorphin Pro shoes to last?
I just checked the website for the locally owned running store in my community. The too have the Endorphin Pro list on sale for $149.99 in many colors and even in larger size I wear.
They also list the Endorphin Pro 2 for $200. I'm curious to see what changed.

From what I’ve seen on YouTube from different channels is a slight change in the upper. The midsole is literally the same. I’m not a fan of the new checkered look so I’ll just snag a pair of the first edition. I’m really waiting for the speed to go on sale but we’ll see.
I can’t comment on the flexing on the pro because I only have the speed. However, my training partner has it and he says it’s more of a tradition shoe fit. Runs a little wide in the toe box, therefore helping reduce feet swelling.
I see the Pro lasting easily 400 miles and possibly more. The durability of the midsole is superior to other carbon plated shoes in the market. You’ll also enjoy the speed role that it provides and comfort when running fast.

The locally owned running shoe store in my town told me today they have the Endorphin Speed on sale too. It is on sale for $119.99. So the original Speed is $40 off and the Pro is $50 off their original full prices. I don't see the Endorphin Speed on sale yet at Running Warehouse. Running Warehouse says the Speed 2 will be available on 6/15 so I expect that they and others will also drop the price of the original Speed to $119.99 by the time the Speed 2 becomes available.
I ordered a pair of Pro’s at $150, excited to try them.
$119 for the Speed seems like a great deal too.
Puma has a 40% off sale till June 14. Puma Deviate Nitro Elite works for me , I prefer over the Endorphin pro. As a side note, the Puma velocity ( non plated ) is my favourite training shoe now
