Weird this obsession LRC has with going pro. Most pro contracts are worth peanuts. This isn’t the NBA. I made more in my first job than all but a very few US runners do in a year. I wouldn’t have skipped college for that if it was an option. It is not like 4 years of college is going to greatly change his financial future one way or another.

Lol I'm sure that really hit Hunter where it hurts while he's at home wiping his ass with the money made from his multimillion dollar contract. Drew Hunter is the last person to have gone pro you should feel sorry for. Are you guys dense or what? If Hobbs Kessler gets a good enough contract (doubtful with how most sponsors are cutting back) he can go to college at the same time. You don't have to compete for them to enroll and earn a degree.
I'm not saying he'll get a great contract, I'm just saying you're not thinking it through if you think he shouldn't take one just to compete in the NCAA.
