This spring in track, my sophomore year, I ran a 2:02 800 and a 4:23 1600 on about 35-40 mpw. Considering the most recent 5k race I had was a 16:39 solo time trial in March, what do you think I should shoot for in xc this fall? Is sub-16 reasonable? I'm certainly more of a miler as opposed to a 5k guy.
PS. My most recent 3200 was a 9:53 in February of this year (also a solo time trial), but since I ran 4:23 in the 1600 I feel I'm at least in sub-9:40 shape right now.
