its a nah for me
Really bad shoe
Nope.
Stinks
Definitely better to go with some endorphins or zoom flys I’d you can get your hands on a pair.
Absolutely love mine. On my 3rd pair. If you’re consistently >7-7:30/mile pace, they might not be for you.
Fast shoe. However, it's not fun to run in. You are ALWAYS aware of all the tech in the shoe and it never doesn't feel odd. Even if you are going fast. It's just so over complicated and over-designed.
I put about 120 mile on mine and gave up trying anymore. I replaced them with a pair of Next %2s...much more fun to run in and faster. Next%s are easy to find now-a-days and the cost is a non-issue. Might as well train in the shoe I'm going to race in anyway.

Thanks, Endorphin Pro’s or Tempo?

Why is that?
I would plan to use them on faster days, so yeah faster than 7 pace.

Thanks.
I really don´t understand the purpose of that shoe. Feels horrible on easy days and is a bit heavy for fast days. It is also expensive.
It's pretty good. I would take it over Endorphin Speed for the steady long run. Legs feeling better.
Speed is more versatile. Tempo softer and better traction. I like having both in my quiver.
Wouldn't pay full price for Tempo, though.

I don’t feel like the full benefit comes at slower pace. It really starts to pop around 6:00mile; and I’d say the sweet spot is around 5-5:20.
Theres a lot of morans in here. Clearly have never tried the shoe. It's a speed shoe not an easy run shoe.
I've done 20 mile runs with speed - say 3 x 5 mi tempos, or short stuff like 800s under 2:30.
Fantastic speedy shoe for work under 6 min per mile pace or fasters.
Lol didn't even see this before sending in my reply. At least one voice of reason!
OP
I've also tried the endorphin speed FYI. They weren't as snappy nor did they last - felt weird wear in the show after 30 miles. Totally useless. At least someone got a free pair of slightly used shoes. Sucked to be them though.
Also FWIW, I have 300 miles on the tempos and they still feel good.
Thanks guys, I would plan to use it for sub 6 min stuff.
I may well give them a try.

I’ve used the endorphin pros, I’ve heard the tempo is great too, just less aggressive.

How did you like the pros?
I like it.
