This is far and away my favorite shoes and it seems like the supply has basically evaporated at this point. Is NB just not making this shoe anymore? Is a new version coming out? Anyone have any idea?

Interesting. If you have tried the RC Elite, how do you think it compares to the VaporFly?
Haven’t run in them. The narrow toe box scared me off. Will get the RC 2s though as they used the toe box design from the TCs apparently.
Thanks. Please report back if you do. I'm surprised you found it had a narrower toe box than the Nike.
You tried the ASICS MetaSky, yes? I was disappointed with its price point, so I haven't tried it. I wonder how close it actually comes to the Sara Hall prototypes, which from photos, looked to be a homogeneous block of Peba foam (unlike the denser peletized Peba used in the Saucony Endorphin Pro and Speed.)
Also, in her recent 10000m on the track, Sara Hall appeared to be in an ASICS shoe with a decently thick midsole.
Haven’t tried the ASICS yet but have them in hand. Will probably give them a try sometime in June.
