I have developed a new app to help athletes track and share track workouts either individually or within a training group.
I have been a track athlete for over 10 years and have struggled to keep proper training logs that are useful (to look back on), easy to access, and easy to update so I’ve made the solution.
Simply, the app allows coaches/squad leaders to make sessions (reps info + rests) and share that with their group in 1 click. Each athlete can then fill their own data in a really simple manor. Useful key workout data is then extracted to help inform how training is going and what can help when planning future training.
