are you serious? what happened to nate miller? maybe you should ask stanford, they might have a clue or at least a grievence? i think that was the last reported sighting of a runner named nate miller.
How many sub 9:20 guys go to Nova and never do anything because O'Sullivan would rather buy his team rather than coach one? Is Marcus that much against Americans? Why COACH a 9:10 HS guy when you can buy another guy from Europe to come and run 4:00 right away. Should we start listing guys at Nova who shouldn't have gone there? It would be quite a list. It's funny that milos hasn't done anything there yet, I guess one year in the country discounts him as "just another American" to Marcus. Because Marcus has run 101 sub 4s, he must be a great coach! Right? I hope they pull 3 more guys off the boat next year. NCAA coach of the year!!!
Cold Cat:
Yo MOMMA FOOL!
wow, you're a douchebag.
Sub 9:20 guys in HS on the team

parlapiano fasulo -now 3:42/8:03 3:47/14:05
so styler didnt pan out so well
and pelrin segal mitric are only freshmen.
And guys like jabutt and falvey took about 10 secs off their mile PR's in their freshman year. Sounds like a bad coach to me. ASS

good point, Nova may get guys off the boat, but Marcus doesn invest interest in the HS sub 9:20 runners
American HS Sub 9:20 runners:
Parlapiano: NCAA XC All-American, 1500 qualifier last yr outdoors. solid competitor
Fasulo: just missed All American XC, 14:07 5k
5k NCAA qualifier this year, i think
Styler: illness & injury set backs, was member of XC squads @ Nationals & shows promise over longer distances.
Pelerin, Segal, Mitric : BINGO = FRESHMAN
Jabaut: 4:02 mile
Falvey, Rappole: Show promise, Rappole in the steeple, Falvey ran well last year as a freshman in the 1500.
Not too shabby, ask Stanford about all their sub 9:20s
Andy Powell? Things happen, not everyone stays injury free. And they still have promising years ahead.
UPenn is completely right.
Styler has Lyme disease that really messes you up.
Former Nova runners Showers and Reese had bad injuries with their Achilles.
Not to talk myself up but I came in as a transfer with 4:26 mile and 1:56 half and 26:38 or so in the 8k.
Marcus trained me from September to January via e-mail while I was in Baltimore (co-oping). That indoor/outdoor season under Marcus I ran 8:37 3k, ran 1:56 as part of a workout 3:55 1500 and 25:57 8k and I was barely averaging 50m a week.
Those aren?t too impressive and I haven?t run anything too impressive to date, but he made me better than what I would ever have been if I didn?t transfer.
upenn = steve walsh?
Let's not forget some small time coach named Jumbo Elliot took faith in a 4:20 punk from Cork, Ireland, who ended up breaking Indoor mile World Records.
Who can blame Marcus for wanting to give other foreigners the same opportunity?
And his Americans speak for themselves.
Cameron----great, great, great party.

DJ Blaich is booked in Milan and then Ibiza that weekend, sorry, he'll be spinning hard on the 1s and 2s. also, he will pull mad ass. MSkillz, punches in the face.
From the Sea Ray Relays:
1500m
Finals 1 Blake Boldon SW Missouri St 3:42.73
2 Ryan Hayden Villanova 3:43.53
Not bad for a guy with a stress fracture. Figure he's good for about 3:33 when he's healthy.
GOOD JOB RYAN!. WHERE'S BLINCOE AND FASULO?
