You will get out of shape, yeah.
But, I will say being as young as you are it won’t be as detrimental. I took a good chunk of time off not too long ago, and already only 5 weeks back am starting to really feel like my old self again. I gained quite a bit of weight during the downblock too, but it is coming off already so I wouldn’t stress to much man.

I have done that many time to do trips for a month or two.
Of course you don't have peak fitness on day one when you are back. But you will be in good shape in no time. I truly believe that having a break from running for a little bit is very beneficial and keeps the injuries away. I think even Kipchoge does that after his big races.
It's also a great rest for the mind.
And doing other things than running is great too.
