Correct, like healthcare settings and public transportation. But--having some acquaintance with human nature--we can predict that a lot of people will think "got vaxxed, no mask!" will apply in every situation. And become, um, obstreperous when asked to wear a mask in those "certain circumstances."
And how will this be enforced? How [will] non Vaxxed people be id'ed?
This is the biggie IMO. I think we all realize that the group most likely to say "yay, no more masks!" includes a LOT of people who are not fully vaccinated, some of whom don't intend to be. ("You can't tell me what to do!") So given that, per the linked article, nearly 2/3 of Americans *still* aren't fully vaccinated: a) How do you identify them, and b) what's the best strategy to follow when you *don't* know others' vax status?
