Covid as an underlying case is just following the rules on how to report it not the truth of how they died. You really are stuck on a broken record of lies aren't you; either that or just really dumb.
This is not true. Doctors are expected to just the true underlying cause of death.
It just so happens that COVID is quite acutely dangerous so lots of people were killed by it.
This shouldn't be surprising!
Well you also have to account for the fact that in locations that routinely monitor for Covid, percent positivity proportionally predicts Covid deaths which closely match excess deaths. Also, note excess deaths in Sweden (less Covid regulations, especially early on) vs the rest of Scandinavia (more Covid regulations)

The Democrats are ticked.
But don’t worry ...Fauxci and the rest of the little totalitarian leftist thugs will continue to wear 2 masks.

There are no “liberal beliefs” about Covid. Virology is not a political subject. Since it’s not inherently political, liberals believe whatever the medical consensus is. If the CDC says masks are unnecessary for vaccinated, it becomes a liberal belief, because that’s what the science is. Scientific consensus changes, therefore “liberal belief” changes.
BS. I bet you think that liberals are actually HELPING black people? Lol

Yes there were. A cursory search of testing shortages in May of 2020 show you are lying. Why rewrite history? ... Oh yeah to make a false point.
Re-writing history! Hmmm 16- something project? You guys aren't funny anymore. You guys are desperate and dangerous.

It's just pure politics from the right.

Here we are with vaccines crushing COVID, test positivity at its lowest in a year, deaths falling, masks coming off and people are UPSET?
It's true: the denier-fearmongers DO NOT want the pandemic to end.

Outdoor exercise and activity has always been encouraged in the USA. Since maybe... week 2 of the pandemic.
The contention that lockdowns made things worse is easily refuted by places that didn't lock down, like South Dakota, still have many cases and deaths (and note, excess deaths only show up in the Fall, when they had a surge of COVID cases).
You just say stuff without evidence or even a veneer of critical thinking
No outdoor activities have NOT been encouraged over the last year. Quit lying. You have been exposed for following something that appeared to be "science, " except it wasn't. It was misinformation from (again) Team Donkey. Keep identifying with them and keep fighting! #hero

You guys are cool with that, right? Individual choice (of store owners, say) is a touchstone for you, right? You're down with the right of an individual to run his/her business (within the law) as s/he sees fit, right? So you're fine with a store that says, "No shirt, no shoes, no mask ==> NO SERVICE," right? You would either just comply or not give that store your custom, right?
Right?
Yes. Was this supposed to be a trick?
Nope, not at all! Just wanted to confirm that in a few days/weeks/months we won't have someone on here P&Ming about how s/he was denied service for refusing to wear a mask in a business that required them.
Glad to know that won't happen!

Lockdowns may not have made things worse (at least from a Covid perspective; they definitely made things worse from every other perspective), but it is far from clear that they made anything better. Every state and region of the US, regardless of policy, had its moment of Covid ignominy during the last year.

FALSE.
Many local governments (including the city where I live) went so far as to make the asinine decision to remove hoops from backboards at the playgrounds. Kids couldn't even play basketball because geezers thought it would spread the virus.
What pro-vaccine payroll are you on ?

This is the correct answer. CDC said open schools and my kids didn't see a classroom for 13 months and are still now only in class 2 short days a week. The fear mongers are the ones with real power over this, not scientists.
Time to move, my kids went to school all year. Florida and Texas are accepting new residents, no state income tax.

Vermont Covid death rate 0.04%
Oregon death rate 0.06%

Idk how you aren’t getting this. “The man” is our politicians. Scientists are not “the man”. They never have been. Countless historical examples of politicians being at odds with scientists. Copernicus, Galileo, Turing, Socrates. In every case the scientists were right. Why would this case be different. Why would someone bent on wielding power choose to dedicate their life to studying virology??? You gotta think man.

Nothing coming out of the CDC has been about scientific consensus this past year. You would have to be really deluded to think that politics is not involved. Yes, you are right in that a lot of liberal voters are dumb enough to believe that what comes out of the CDC is "science", but the reality is it is not and it is mostly politics, agenda messaging and attempts to build a narrative of competency where competency is not.
How do you reconcile this with the fact that the health organizations of every other country in the world all came to the similar conclusions. American politics are surely powerful but not powerful enough to make other countries choose to lose billions of dollars and tank their own economies. You think the UK or China would g a f enough to lockdown their entire country just because US democrats thought it might help them win an election or something? And then keep it going after the election for plausibilities sake????

He is a liar and his word is worth nothing.
If anything good came out of the toxic spectacle of LRC Covid threads, it was the crystal-clear revelation of which posters had good sources of information, could interpret facts rationally, and were able to update their views based on evidence - and which were trolls, conspiracy whackjobs, ignorant fools, or high on their own BS.
So it turns out that Covid is real and dangerous, masking works, and we've been blessed with a vaccine far more effective than we had any right to expect. We've seen scientists and public health officials doing the best they could, and occasionally making mistakes that inconvenience people, while the mistakes of the Covid deniers have cost thousands of lives. If you're a Covid denier, I'll never believe a word you say about anything again. I've gotten used to just scrolling past your running-related comments without reading them. Your insights about lactate threshold or keto diet or whatever will just get ignored as mindless babbling by someone who can't tell fact from fiction.
