Another vote for the lined half tights. Those and the lined Nike aeroswifts are awesome.

I hadn't thought about that. I guess that if I want to make a fair comparison between oranges and oranges to estimate the durability of Tracksmith shorts I would have to know how big your dong is. I think I'll just skip the Tracksmith stuff. Doesn't seem like it's worth it.
I've had the opposite experience with the VC shorts, while the material is thicker I feel like they shed water much better than your traditional thin, black split shorts. I have several pairs of those by various running shoe companies and they all eventually soak through and start slapping against your thighs. The VCs are the only shorts I've ever owned where I can go out on a hot humid day, jump in a pond mid run, and then run back home with no chaffage issues whatsoever. The liner is made of the same material as the rest of the shorts and stays comfortable even when it gets wet.
"Yes, of course. I like their clothes very much, and I think the quality justifies the price. I've tried other brands, but the one we're talking about now turned out to be the most comfortable.
Unfortunately, I can not afford to buy clothes of this brand as often, so in order to maintain a balance in my closet, I chose

, and it was a good idea.
These boxes also come with sportswear from time to time, so I don't worry about what to wear for a run."
I have one pair of shorts and they are my favorite shorts by far and have shown no signs of wear
if you look at the higher quality adidas or nike shorts tracksmith is on the same price level. Tracksmith just doesnt have a $20 cheap option
Yes, they 100% are worth their price. It is no different than buying Nike premium line. You get what you pay for. I do preferer Tracksmith over Nike.
Never heard of tracksmith before now, checked out their merch and jfc are they garbage
You know theyre fraudulent when theyre selling a regular ass PAIR of socks that arent even Left-Right anatomical for 25 dollars.
Golly, this makes AOC's "Tax the Rich" sweater look cheap.
If their training is halfway as cringy as their TV advertisements during the trials, then absolutely not.
Upon further review, I think most of the stuff is fairly priced.
However most of their stuff is hideous. The shorts and singlets especially, all look awful. Nike stuff is way more sleek and streamlined than this clunky junk.
Imho it's worth the price.
I dig the Van Cortland look, but it's good quality too.

Wondering if anyone purchased any of the Tracksmith running apparel? Looks nice but appears very overpriced. Is it high quality and possibly worth it or just overpriced and no better than what Nike and everyone else sells?
If you compare it to top shelf stuff like Nike Aeroswift, I think Tracksmith is priced about the same. For example, Aeroswift singlet costs more than Van Cortlandt + overseas delivery!
Material and design wise Tracksmith apparel is top notch with hi-tech fabrics and thought-through pockets in shorts etc, so if you dig the general look there's no reason to pass on them. If you run am and pm doubles, you can leave your shorts and top hanging at the window and re-use the same pair in the evening. A cheaper fabric like some race participant t-shirt would smell disgusting unless your am session was super duper easy. I also think that Tracksmith looks decent enough so that you can use the longsleeve both as sports and casual wear.
I'd reserve a special paragraph for Run Cannonball Run shorts. Wow wow wow. By far my favourite item. They're rathe heavy so you won't probably race or do workouts in them, but wow they feel so comfortable and relaxed. Just what one would want for an easy run. Not too shabby as swimwear either. And they can almost pass for casual wear, too.
What I don't like is that the singlet are not seamless. Especially Van Cortland with that diagonal sash running right through your nipple! But that's probably my only gripe.
I don't own any Tracksmith gear and was skeptical of their mission when they first arrived on the scene, but the amount of support they've provided to the "forgotten category" of elite and sub-elite athletes just on the cusp has made me a fan of the brand.
It just depends on what you want from your running apparel. Do you value that comfort factor, do you like the way it looks? Or do you just want stuff that does the job?
I'm sure the gear is comfortable and all and I'd probably love it, but most of my stuff is comprised of the cheapest items on RunningWarehouse: 20 - 30 dollar spilt shorts, tights, and half tights; cheap crew socks. Stuff that lasts as long as you don't abuse them. Most of my tops and accessories are simply acquired over the years, and I only keep the items that aren't the typical ugly "sporty/neon" looking stuff from major shoe brands.
Point is if they sponsored me or if someone gave me a gift card I'd have zero hesitation, but I find it hard to muster up the will to shell out 50 bucks for split shorts.

The lined half tights are the only Tracksmith item that I have. The other pair of half tights that I have are aeroswift's that I got for ~$10 less than the Tracksmith ones. The only thing that makes the Tracksmith ones better is that they have a pocket that I can put my key in.
🤣🤣🤣
I ordered the otq singlet and was mailed a used one. Smelled and looked like some one ran in it and returned it. Also had a stain.
It's some stretchy cubic mesh material. Salomon also uses this material and it's cheaper. Nike has used it on a few things, mostly trail stuff, also cheaper.
Also got a few sweaters, shoulders are narrow. Blah styling in person. felt like I could just go to JCrew and run in one of their oatmeal color sweaters.
But they seem to treat their athletes well. They have a nice community of runners. Good mix of people.
yes. I wear all of it. High quality and I love it. If you take care of it, it holds up well. It is expensive but love supporting this company.

This is parody, right? Nobody actually believes the "left" and "right" labeled socks is anything other than a marketing ploy, right?

I didn't immediately come to Tracksmith. At first, like many, it was Nike :) But Tracksmith claims to select the best materials, silhouettes and details for their pieces. And I believe them! The longer you go in for sports, the more you start to listen to yourself. I'm strangely lucky, for different styles of clothing I have one specific brand that suits me absolutely. Sportswear is Tracksmith, sports shoes are Adidas, options for party dresses are great too! And somehow it turns out that no matter what I look for from selected brands - everything fits perfectly for my complexion and body features.
