How to check if someone is in drugs:
1. Urine test
2. Blood test
3. Hair test
4. Strangle them for 9 minutes, if they die they’re on drugs.
Option 2 was chosen in the Floyd case. The autopsy test revealed the concentration of fentanyl in his blood was 11 ng/ml, which is considered a lethal amount (of a very dangerous drug to begin with).
By the way, as to your option 4, there was no evidence cited in the autopsy of strangulation or asphyxiation. Given the autopsy facts, the more accurate way to frame your misleading rhetoric would have been "4. Have the subject resist arrest, video it, and publish on media. If the subject dies, a lethal drug overdose can be automatically ruled out."
