I was worried that white cop was not going to get away with murdering a black man. There is still hope.

How would you know it's murder if it turns out the trial is a mistrial?
Well there is a video of the murder. But also, he was found guilty of murdering him. So there is those things.
But I have to wonder, if this white cop were on trial for murdering a white man, would people even care? And by that I mean would you who have so much emotional investment in seeing this guy go free, care at all if he went away for murdering a white man?
I was about to create a thread on this myself. I had a previous thread about this juror’s comments a couple days ago.
Anyone who said this jury was fair is absolutely kidding themselves.
If this is what an appeal depends on Chauvin will be inside for quite a while yet.

You must be a terrible programmer.
Anyway, what was the lie?

Can you say that in English, please?
Chauvin's fight song:
Jurors are under Oath to be impartial, if he lied to get on the jury he could be charged with Perjury and the case would likely be a Mistrial meaning another Trial and another conviction is almost a certainty as he is guilty, cops can't be judge, jury and executioner, Chauvin should have just put him in the car, drive him to where they take the mug pictures and let the process work.

As the autopsy showed, video does not tell the whole story. You don't see Floyd's heart stopping because of the drugs and stress he was under, do you? If the trial turns out to be a mistrial, because the jury was infiltrated by a BLM activist(s), are you going to take back your claim that this was murder?
If Floyd was white, Chauvin would not be going to jail because this clearly was not murder, and no I would not care. I only care because leftists are trying to corrupt the legal system by sending an innocent cop to jail because a guy who took lethal amounts of drugs and resisted arrest died and happened to be black. The same exact case was brought up on this board - a suspect on drugs dies with a cops knee on his back and neck - except the guy who died was white, yet nobody cares. I am not the one who is "invested" in this case, it's the leftists with an axe to grind who keep bringing this case up because they think it justifies their idea that the US is systemically racist.

I care.
Prove to me that the juror did not fulfill his duties in an impartial manner.
I don't understand the motivations of the people who are all in for this Chauvin guy. Did you see the video? Not a good guy, not a good cop... not the kind of guy worth standing up for. Seriously, he continued to kneel on Floyd for like 5 minutes after he was total passed out (and as it turns out lifeless). Floyd was on the ground in handcuffs and obviously not a threat at that point (if he ever was)... no way this was following department policy.... way over the line of common sense or human decency. Not the kind of decision making you want from anyone with the power and authority of a policeman... seriously, why would you waste your efforts standing up for this scumbag?
Weird, its almost like you are writing lots of posts about this online but yet you say you are not invested.
It was murder plain and simple. I watched the video. End of story. I am not emotionally invested and pouring over all the details because I saw them that day when the video went viral. And even if by some chance it was not 3 cops sitting on top of this guy that killed him, their interaction with him lead to his death and therefor they are ultimately at fault.
Unless the juror doctored the video, it doesn't matter. Meanwhile, the DOJ will be prosecuting Chauvin.
The other day, I commented about Chauvin being in insolitary confinement, but didn't see any responses. Solitary might be OK for a terrorist, but it's a form of torture and putting Chauvin in a 90 SF cell for 23 hours a day is wrong. Letting him out of cell during the day doesn't mean he has to hang out with the jail's general population.
THis whole ordeal was 2 POS that happened across each other and one just happened to be a cop.
If DC was off duty it would have never made the news
Ah, one of these people that watched a clip on YouTube and knows everything.
This juror proved the system was out to get Chauvin. He should do hard time
Well nothing has seemed to help Chauvin regarding his trial. I think he should rot in prison but I can acknowledge the biases of the jury in his case because I think people are very scared to render anything less than the harshest penalty he is legally eligible for. They fear the historical mob that will hunt them and their families down and threaten to destroy their lives and property if they show any mercy to Chauvin.
* histerical mob. Although it may also be historical if it is angry enough. But anger is usually just an excuse to vent out people's own insecurities.
