Statistics and facts derided as anecdotes by another Covid dupe. Never able to mount an actual argument because they allow the establishment to do their "thinking" for them .

So what? You think the vax made you run better? That's magic thinking
Does not change the fact that many folks are having bad reactions to the vax and many are getting the virus after the vax. In fact per a study I posted earlier from Tel Aviv, those who got vaxxed are 8 times more likely to get the So Africa variant than those who did not.
Where is this study?
Don't understand people who don't want to do their own googling.
Here you go

Not only could the variant “break through” protections offered by the Pfizer vaccine, but it uniquely affects those who have been vaccinated (around eight times higher) than those who have not received the vaccine — 5.4% to 0.7%.

The Unkle, where is that Israeli study showing that people who have been vaccinated are far more likely to come down w infection w the SA variant? Is it just an editorial or real data?
The study by Tel Aviv University and Clalit Health Services, Israel's largest healthcare provider, compared 400 unvaccinated people infected with COVID-19 to 400 partially or fully vaccinated people who also had the virus.
According to the study, published as a draft on Saturday and currently being peer reviewed, the South African variant accounted for less than one percent of coronavirus cases in Israel.
But, among the 150 people in the study who were fully vaccinated and had COVID-19, "the prevalence rate (of the South African variant) was eight times higher than the rate in the unvaccinated (individuals)," the study said.

This does not in any way support your claim that vaccination increases the chance of becoming infected with the SA variant.

Pray tell, how could vaccine manufacturers have data on vaccine durability for LONGER than the vaccines have been in people?
We have seen no fall-off in immune response so far, so it's reasonable to extrapolate out for a long time.
Just like we have seen very minimal toxicity so far so also reasonable to extrapolate.... but I digress ;)
Wrong again. If you don’t think big pharma is thinking about the bottom line, I have a bridge to sell you.
Maybe we will need a booster. I think it's pessimistic. If we can keep vaccinations from faltering too much we should be able to knock virus levels very low. It seems unlikely that immune protection from vaccines wanes substantially in a year such that we start seeing high risk of hospitalizations, etc.
I am less concerned about asymptomatic and weak symptomatic infections. If we can make this disease better than the flu, for all intents and purposes, we can move on. Let's not let perfect be the enemy of the good.
Then again, it's not that expensive to roll out another round of shots if the virus is still around. Nothing wrong with that, per se. And the LRC rage would be fun to see :)
We don’t know enough about the vaccine. We don’t have a years worth of true data.
Not expensive for who? Vaccines don’t just materialize. Quit clowning yourself.
I had increadible long runs the weekend after both doses.

Same with COVID and we have MUCH more evidence for medium and long term effects.
A few dozen dollars per shot is good value for more protection. Nothing for state budgets to concern themselves with.

Got my second Pfizer on April 7th, so about a month ago. Although I endured minor immediate side effects (just slight fever and headaches), I can honestly say I haven't felt the same since. I've read up on other people experiencing 'brain fog' and that's the best way I can describe it. It just feels harder to focus, I find myself zoning out often, and menial tasks take longer. Some of my coworkers at work have noticed it too. I've read of similar side effects -
https://www.reddit.com/r/CovidVaccinated/Has anybody else experienced this? I also just feel really tired, and have had to cut my mileage by almost half. I hope this goes away soon!!
No. Of the 200 million shots given, you are the first whose brain is malfunctioning.
This is completely psychosomatic, just like "long Covid" is. It's in your head. You're fine.

Two perfectly healthy 15 year old died this week after getting the Pfizer vaccine.
And millions have died of Covid, even if a few thousand die from the vaccine we will still have a net amount of lives saved. You anti science people are a cult.
Which science? The one presented by Fox or the one presented by CNN? If you have been paying attention, throughout the past year, their scientific, credentialed experts have drastically different 'data and evidence. ' You wonder why people question the science? I am not anti science. I rely on in heavily. I don't think for a second that scientists can be swayed to get x results. We see it all of the time.
