Hey guys, I've been running for about a year now, When I first started off running I could barely finish a 5k in 29mins, I trained all summer and opened the track season with a 3200m time of 12:12, and I definitely felt like I could go sub 12 , which I'm sure is a glacial pace for most of yall, but I was wondering If it was realistic for me to run a 10:30 next season with a summer running volume of around 50/55 mpw. Any help would be appreciated as I'm self coached
