How many shirts are we talking about? I usually wear a shirt. I usually only wear shirts (plural) if it's pretty cold.

I meant a shirt at all, like wearing one or not wearing anything

Of course it's fine. Just standby to be reminded of how many a****** there are in the world, who will yell stuff at you.
And by the way, it didn't used to be this way. In my experience, running without a shirt got one noticeably fewer comments back in the 70s, 80s, and 90s than it does today. And I've always found this interesting (and annoying, of course). Tolerance of homosexuality during the time since? Up. Chances of being called a f** for running shirtless? Also up. Same exact dynamic with short running shorts.
for me i think that guys wearing short shorts actually gets less than not wearing shirts, at least we won't get in trouble from it.
When running with girls around: no.
When running with guys around: sometimes.

But you said shirts in the thread title. What did you mean by that?
I just can't spell
As long as you wear a mask over each nipple, there is no need for a shirt.

Men without shirts on around women at a public pool: Fine
Men without shirts on around women at a public beach: Fine
Men without shirts on around women while running: No.
Makes zero sense.

But you spelled shirts correctly.

Some people also run with sorts over their balls when wearing tights these days. Strange times indeed.
Be free.
I’ve got some one inch split shorts being shipped to me that I can’t wait run around in with no shirt on.
Gotta show off those xylophone ribs!
You can only run shirtless with short shorts if you are running 9 minute/mi pace or slower
The older i've gotten the more i've realized: You should do whatever the **** you want to do as it pertains to running attire. (As long as it's not breaking any laws or school rules)....Then still consider doing it depending on the punishment.
Perhaps if you could construct a somewhat grammatially correct sentence that would aid you in trying to get your message across.

Pretty sure the rules over what to wear at the pool or beach are a bit different than in the high street or shops. Would you walk down the street wearing a swimsuit or no?
