hey guys, I'm a freshman heading into my first track meet this weekend and I did a prediction workout that I heard that his workout is alright but I'm just curious about your take on it. The workout was 2x4x200 w/ 30sec rest between reps and full rest between sets (until HR is below 100 bpm). my final average was 28.3 or 3:48 pace for each 200. thanks!
